I am a very joyful health coach, yoga instructor, entrepreneur, and most importantly, homemaker for my husband, six children and two springer spaniels. My passions include: working with youths and underprivileged people and spending as much quality time with my husband and children as possible. I also enjoy cooking, hiking, photography, yoga, interior-design, travel and many other family and outdoor activities.

Prior to founding Orchards End and taking time out of the workplace to spend with my growing family, I had a 20 year career as a technology solutions provider with expertise in emerging digital technology and content delivery. I worked for large corporations like HP and Xerox implementing their technology and work flow solutions.

Before my corporate experience, I was the co-founder, owner and operator of a digital imaging computer graphics and multimedia company in Baltimore, Bay Imagery. Bay Imagery still thrives today and serves the community as well as the entire Eastern Seaboard.

By founding Orchards End, I truly feel like I have created the best of both worlds. While I enjoy the flexibility of working in the home, I also derive great satisfaction from using my business background, education and experience in a philanthropic and humanitarian direction that is in line with my passion. I also am passionate about pursuing work and projects that embody the yoga philosophy of interconnectedness: mind, body and spirit are all one and cannot be clearly separated. By looking into the deeper dimensions of the body, mind and spirit we can bring enlightenment to ourselves and joy to others.

As a mother, nothing holds greater importance to me than children and family. To best achieve my life goals I set up Orchards End 501C3, non-profit, to support the causes that help families in our community and around the world. I strive to serve as a model for compassion and empathy and to perpetuate these values in my own children. Orchards End 501C3 will allow me to share with others the true joy of oneness by fulfilling the need for a holistic health and wellness community here at home while donating my proceeds to the global charities my family supports.
